Refrigeration specialist NR Cooling Services and Heinen & Hopman Inland Shipping – part of maritime HVAC expert Heinen & Hopman Engineering – will merge from 1 April 2021. Since September 2019, NR Cooling Services has been part of the Salor Spakenburg group, the holding that also includes Heinen & Hopman Engineering. A logical next step is the merger of the two companies based in Ridderkerk.

The companies will continue under the name of NR Cooling Services and will establish themselves at a new location in Ridderkerk – with sufficient growth capacity – close to the customer. Thanks to the merger, NR Cooling Services can offer its customers broader knowledge and flexible services. With more manpower in the region, less organizational activities and economies of scale in purchasing and work preparation, there is more time left to optimally serve customers with personal attention.

Johan Vermoen will continue to fulfill the role of Operational Manager at NR Cooling Services. Sander Stadelman – Manager Heinen & Hopman Inland Shipping – will be engaged full-time in sales and relationship management. The company’s focus remains unburdening the customer and providing excellent service for the maritime sector, the industrial sector, concrete cooling and provision cooling. A good price-quality ratio is central to this.

NR Cooling Services also relieves you by offering tailor-made maintenance contracts. Customers with a maintenance contract receive a complete overhaul every year, in which the filters, evaporators and compressors are also checked.
